I attended your Cemap 2 & 3 training course last week and found the coaching that I received was really excellent from both John & Marcel (apologies if spelt incorrectly).
As a direct result of the knowledge and exam techniques that I was taught I'm pleased to say that I passed my Cemap Three exam yesterday. I just wanted to write and thank you very much for all your help.
I was really interested in the proposition that you talked about with New Leaf; however as you may recall I'm not in a position to become self employed at this moment in time.
You did mention that it would be possible to secure me a job through your extensive contacts in the industry; having previously worked as a mortgage consultant within an Estate Agency branch this is something that I wish to avoid this time.
