Manchester based CeMAP Courses and Job Opportunities in the North of England

CeMAP courses run in the North West to cater for the newcomers to the industry in the North of England and Scotland.

Based just a few miles out of Manchester City centre, our training centre is the converted court house of the Old Police Station in Heywood. Catering for 30 students on a course and with unlimited parking facilities, this innovative property allows the area to maintain its heritage as well as provide a superb training centre of excellence for New Leaf trainees.

CeMAP Training is run in two parts:

  1. CeMAP 1 intensive over 5 days back to back followed by the CeMAP 1 exam in a local Thompsons test centre.
  2. CeMAP 2 and 3 are trained over 4 days in the following month and then tests are taken again within 7 to 14 days of completing the course.

The cost of the entire course is just £550 + VAT for the training with the additional costs of £135 per module payable to the IFS School of Finance.

We have trained 1000's of people who have previously had to travel to our London University centre or head office in Essex. This is no longer the case and from October 2007 our dedicated training centre in Heywood, Manchester, will deliver the CeMAP courses you need to take you to the first stage of becoming a mortgage adviser.

On graduation you can join one of our local firms or set up on your own with the support of a major network. The goal is to become a competent Mortgage and Protection Broker so you can then decide in conjunction with New Leaf how your career develops.
