Training at Sedgefield near Durham in the North East
We are now offering training in CeMAP in the lovely picturesque setting of the village of Sedgefield.
If you live or work in or around the North East or even Scotland, this will be the closest venue for your academic training with the New Leaf family.
The training venue is owned by one of our appointed representative firms called AAA Mortgage one of our most successful mortgage brokerages.
You will be trained by our head of training John Band (a true born and bread Yorkshireman) who will get you through all the tricky areas of CeMAP 1, 2 and 3.
You will be trained in very small groups in our board room with a maximum of 8 delegates on the course. You will feel confident and be amongst friends.
New Leaf now have training centres in London, Essex to service the South East, Heywood near Manchester to service the North West and now Sedgefield to service the North East.
Not only can we train you in the academic area of CeMAP in this new venue but you could even join New Leaf working from this very office to develop from a sole trading broker through to developing your own business if you wish to do so.
As we make clear in this website the award winning Stepping Stones programme will enable you to develop from trainee mortgage broker to competent Mortgage and Protection broker, then through to providing advise in equity release then if you desire it onto full financial advise later on.
This course is run as a fast track course over 4 days for CeMAP 1 and 4 days for CeMAP 2/3 the following month.
All our CeMAP courses are only £550 + VAT for all training required until you pass.
Make certain you refer to FSCGB for a superb option for just an extra £200 + VAT for 3 years worth of training!
You need to read the whole CeMAP book before you attend the course if you can. If not we will teach you all the key areas of the syllabus to get you through.
